We continuously have open calls for talent from around the globe.

Formal requirements

• a Master’s degree in any of:
  • Computer Science
  • Computer Science Engineering
  • or equivalent
• very good oral and written English skills
  • all professional communication happens in English
  • the regional language is Dutch, but it is not a requirement
• ability to perform independent work
• willingness to move to Belgium
  • our offices are in the wonderful city of Ghent

Getting in touch

If you are interested to learn more about joining KNoWS, or if you want to send an application, please prepare the following:

• Based on our topics, explain what attracts you specifically to this research, as opposed to other domains.
• Pick one or two of our publications (or blog posts from our colleagues Ruben Verborgh, Pieter Colpaert, Ruben Taelman, Pieter Heyvaert, …). Read through them and express what you find interesting/strange/intriguing.
• Prepare a short resume (possibly in an online profile).
