This project explores an architecture to keep track of lifecycle information of scholarly artefacts in decentralized networks. It is designed to handle the generation, distribution, storage and discovery of artefact lifecycle information created by the available scholarly value chains in the decentralized personal data stores of researchers in a network.

To support this functionality, a policy-based network orchestration approach is developed, that enables automation of business processes in the network according to user and institution policies.
